FenceDraft Pro

Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms govern your use of FenceDraft Pro (“FenceDraft”), estimating and job-management software for fence contractors, operated by FenceDraft Pro LLC. By using FenceDraft, you agree to them. Contact: mike@fencedraftpro.com.

What FenceDraft is

FenceDraft helps a fence contractor create estimates, manage jobs and crews, and optionally sync customers and invoices to QuickBooks. It is a tool: you are responsible for the accuracy of the estimates, invoices and other documents you create and send, and for how you use them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

QuickBooks

If you connect QuickBooks, you authorize FenceDraft to create customers and invoices in your QuickBooks company on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing what is created. You can disconnect at any time. FenceDraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

Payments

Deposit payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. The amounts and any card fees are set within the app; you are responsible for the amounts you charge and any taxes that apply. FenceDraft does not process or store card numbers.

Acceptable use

Don’t use FenceDraft unlawfully, to store data you don’t have the right to hold, or to attempt to breach or interfere with its security or operation.

Availability, and “as is”

FenceDraft is hosted on Render and backed up, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind — including uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, FenceDraft Pro LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid for FenceDraft (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

Ending use

You may stop using FenceDraft at any time. We may suspend access for a violation of these terms. On request we will delete your data, aside from records we are required to keep.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
