Cedar post fence estimating, piece by piece

Peeled cedar post fence is priced post by post and brace by brace, and a generic calculator gets it wrong. FenceDraft prices every cedar piece from your own catalog, at the size you set it.

Every cedar piece, at its own size

Line posts, brace posts and horizontal braces each price from your cedar catalog, with posts matched to the fence height.
Line posts on your spacing.Set the center-to-center spacing and the count follows every run.
Gate H-braces built in.Each gate gets its brace, and the brace span comes out of the line-post count.
Wire that fits. The wire selector only offers wire that matches the fence height, with barbed or smooth strands added over the top.
Peeling labor counted on every post and horizontal brace.

Gates

Cedar post gates are welded diamond-braced steel frames covered with cattle panel, hung on J-bolts. The pull sheet lists the tubing, J-bolts, hinges, latch and drop rod.

From the estimate to the truck

One estimate produces everything the job needs:

Draw the fence over satellite imagery with property lines shown, or enter the footage by hand. Either way, the material count is the same.

Built by a fence contractor, for fence contractors

FenceDraft runs every estimate at Kustom Fence in New Braunfels, Texas, a 14-crew company that builds ranch, farm, King Ranch, cedar post, ornamental, chain link and wood fence across the Hill Country. Every formula was checked against real material loads on real jobs before it went into the product.
