King Ranch fence has more pieces than almost any fence you build: cedar posts, braces, stays in every bay, wire, top strands and steel gates. Generic estimating software doesn’t know it exists. FenceDraft prices it part by part, because it was built by a Texas contractor who builds it.
Book a demo →Pick the ranch wire, then add barbed or smooth strands over the top. FenceDraft totals the footage before rounding to rolls, and only offers wire that fits the fence height you’re building.
King Ranch gates are welded diamond-braced steel frames covered with cattle panel. FenceDraft lists the tubing, J-bolts, hinges, latch and drop rod on the pull sheet, and matches the panel size to the wire you picked, so the proposal and the build agree.

The proposal’s scope language fills in from the estimate: post sizes, wire designation, strand count and gate panel. Change the wire and the contract changes with it, so you never sign a scope that describes a different fence than the one priced.
One estimate produces everything the job needs:
Draw the fence over satellite imagery with property lines shown, or enter the footage by hand. Either way, the material count is the same.
FenceDraft runs every estimate at Kustom Fence in New Braunfels, Texas, a 14-crew company that builds ranch, farm, King Ranch, cedar post, ornamental, chain link and wood fence across the Hill Country. Every formula was checked against real material loads on real jobs before it went into the product.
Bring a job you’ve already priced. We’ll run it in FenceDraft and you can compare the post, stay and wire counts against yours.
